Can Leicester City Redeem Itself Against FC Porto?

Leicester City is coming out of a difficult week that saw the team concede eight goals in two games against Chelsea and Manchester United respectively. Claudio Ranieri’s lads have been tagged as no mean team after their 50000/1 bet win of the Premier League last season. Would they redeem themselves against FC Porto?
The team has found solace in the UEFA Champions League with a 3-0 win on the road at Club Brugge providing great inspiration for the club. Can the team respond from last week’s poor showings and carry on their game against Porto?

FC Porto won their last league game against Boavista 3-1 at the Estadio do Dragao. The team drew 1-1 with Copenhagen in the opening matchday of the group stage. A loss against Leicester City would see Leicester take charge of the group and set out a route to become group winners, an occurrence FC Porto would not want to see happen so early in the campaign.

Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy were substituted at half-time in the game against Manchester United at Old Trafford because of the anticipation and importance Ranieri attached to the Porto game.

A match against two native blue sides is a game you cannot miss because Leicester City looks to win and push further for an earlier qualification so that they can focus on the league whiles Porto has their reputation to protect?

Prediction: Leicester City vs Porto (Leicester City Win)
